ABS-CBN Sports and Action Launches

After 17 years of extraordinary youth oriented channel, Studio 23. On January 17, 2014 @ 2:00am, Studio 23's final signing off with missed shows like Gag-U!, Robi Updates and Iba Balita, the viewers mised their channel. Thus on January 17, at 6:00am, Channel 23 is a test broadcast since the teaser for upcoming Sports+Action Channel

Finally on January 18, 2014, ABS-CBN launches on their way to sports and action channel, ABS-CBN Sports+Action with their Station ID featuring the sports events with their song: "Ito ang ating Sandali" who composed by Rico Blanco and Performed by Rico Blanco and his Band. The Welcoming programming of ABS-CBN Sports+Action is a SEA Games Basketball Tournament (with old Studio 23 Logo) which will aired last December 14.

ABS-CBN Sports+Action is the new game that drives FILIPINOS to play hard on and off the court through its sports and action programs.
